Computer Classes at the Library
West Central Area School's Community Education and Thorson Memorial Library are partnering to make affordable computer classes available to people in our community.
We ask that you pre-register and pre-pay for computer classes to register call the library at 218-685-6850

Computers for Beginners: Monday 7 ~ Wednesday 9 ~ Friday 11 Cost $30.00 10:00 to Noon
Ancestry.com Monday 21~ Wednesday 23 ~ Friday 25 Cost $30.00 10:00 to Noon

The library has 13 computers available for the public to use all with high speed internet access; we also have free wireless internet in and near the library. Because we are home to the Gates Computer Training Lab we have the wonderful opportunity to offer computer classes to the public. We have two very competent and patient instructors who will be able to guide you in learning to more efficiently use a computer and some of the most commonly used software. We try to price our classes at about $5.00 per hour of instruction, which is a great deal. We also offer an assortment of classes that are designed to progress along with your new skills.
